ASAP operates two group homes, Rainbow Farms and Lotus, where young adults live in a quiet rural setting.  All ASAP's programs are located on a fifteen acre parcel of land in Pender County.  ASAP strives to ensure stability and a vast array of learning opportunities for all residents.

ASAP's first residential program, Rainbow Farms, was developed for adults on the autism spectrum and provides frequent learning opportunities during the normal course of each day.  Every person has their own "schedule" which provides information about activities that will take place during the day, including outings, school, walks, etc.  We offer choices to the participants we serve.  Visit our WHAT'S NEW page to see photos of our community involvement!

While outside on the farm, individuals have opportunities to interact with horses and other farm animals.  We also have walking trails and organic gardens as some of our outdoor activities.

ASAP is blessed with a highly qualified and caring team who works diligently with the residents.  The team's primary objective is to build self esteem in each participant through patient teaching and respect.
